Not the best choice for a puppy

. After 3 or 4 days of my puppy eating this food he started throwing up and having really bad diarrhea, I called my vet and they said it's most likely the food I'm feeding him. So I switched his dog food and everything cleared up beautifully. This food was a definite disappointment and I will not purchase it again!

Iams Puppy food

I like this product. While I do think that there are probably better (more expensive) puppy foods on the market, my puppies have all done quite well on this product. They have all maintained healthy weights and had nice looking coats.

Good product

My 6 month old pittie transitioned from shelter food to Iams successfully with no GI issues. Iams is the 2nd best choice if you're not buying your canine kibble from your veterinarian. In the 20yrs I've worked in boarding resorts and veterinary clinics, veterinarian's recommend this over the counter food.

Puppies Love it!

I bought because this is what the shelter was using when I adopted my puppies! I’m not sure yet if I’ll continue as I still want to know what would be healthy choices for my pups! But, in the meantime, they love it!

She snarfled this down like it was filet mignon!

I fed her Rachel Ray puppy like the breeder recommended but wanted to go with a large breed formula. Iams ranked like #2 in a new survey, so I decided to try it because it was way more food for way less money than Rachel Ray or that #1 dog food. I can’t believe she digs into this like she’s starving! Wowza!

Good kibble

My shepherd puppy was having digestion problems with the food the family of the litter was feeding him( puppy chow) and getting diarrhea. I progressive changed him into the IAMS high protein puppy growth for large breed and his stools are perfect now.
